Fresh, ample, fruity, this Pacherenc du Vic Bilh Sec is made up of 80% Gros Manseng and 20% Petit Manseng. After breeding on lees giving it all its flesh, it is bottled at the beginning of summer. Ideal with fish, shellfish, foie gras, white meat and cheese.
