Champagne Brut - Antoine Villairoy

Antoine Villairoy champagne was born from the desire to sublimate the Premiers Crus champagnes of the west coast of the Montagne de Reims The geographical position of our village classified Premier Cru on the small mountain of Reims gives our vines exceptional exposure. The grapes also ripen there thanks to a particular climatic phenomenon, where the cold evening air descends towards the plain and the hot air which is formed during the day above the Montagne de Reims descends on the vines, all associated the thermal regulation of the forest.
