Particularly sweet and fruity, this cuvée is produced according to the ancestral method, entirely natural, and preserved over the centuries since 1531. Produced in the heart of the Limoux terroir, at the foot of the Pyrenees, it comes exclusively from the Mauzac grape variety, which gives it its aromas of reinette apple, honey and white flowers. Elegant, refined and low in alcohol, it is an excellent refreshment at all times.
